From the A1(M) by car:

		Leave the A1(M) at Junction 9 and follow signs to Letchworth A6141.
		After 400yds take the third exit at the roundabout sign posted Letchworth town centre.
		At the next roundabout turn right onto the A505 to Baldock.
		At the next roundabout turn left on to Avenue One
		At the end of Avenue One, turn right on Works Road
		Just before the end of Works Road turn left into Lacerta Court - we are in Unit 2, Focal Point

From the M1 by car:

		Leave the M1 at Junction 10 (Luton Airport) and follow signs for the A505 to Hitchin.
		Stay on the A505 through Hitchin and follow signs for A505 Letchworth and Baldock.
		When you reach Letchworth on the A505 go straight over the first roundabout.
		At the next roundabout turn left on to Avenue One
		At the end of Avenue One, turn right on Works Road
		Just before the end of Works Road turn left into Lacerta Court - we are in Unit 2, Focal Point
